Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through the Platform.

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the sellers/merchant(s) and they have initiated the shipping process, or if the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

  • Perishable items (such as flowers, eatables, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation. However, a refund/replacement may be considered if the user establishes that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.

  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team within 3 days of receipt. The request will be entertained only after verification by the seller/merchant listed on the Platform.

  • If the product received does not match its description on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must report it to customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

  • For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please refer to the manufacturer for resolution.

  • In case of any approved refunds, COMPUTER CARE will process the refund within 7 days.
